Two weeks ago I wrote a post about flourishing, and this week I had the honour and privilege of my first speaking event this year. I was invited to share about my journey and the concept of flourishing with a very special group of women.
Today is a momentous day for me. Just like a pilot is given his/ her wings, so too was I awarded mine.
Yesterday was a typical hot South African day. Where most sensible people headed off to the beach…no, not I… I felt like doing some retail damage… SO I headed off to the shops with the full intention of walking away with some beautiful (yet highly unneccessary) fashion item to put into my already brimming cupboard.
